John and the team at Cash City Balcatta are amazing. I have been a long term customer and they treat me like a friend. They are Always happy to help. There's never any fuss. Their rate is better than anywhere else but it's the amazing customer service respect and friendliness that has won them a loyal customer in me.

Highly recommend cash city at Balcatta and Joondalup. John and the boys are great. And only happy to help. I have been coming here for years and years and always left very happy. I got my item out today and wasn't charged the extra month interest (it was one day over) which saved me $24. Give them a go and you will be happy just like myself and others

Brought a Laptop from another store, which was over an hours drive from where I lived. Was having issues with the laptop and brought in, Clay was excellent and super knowledgeable and was able to fix the issue straight way. excellent customer service, will be going back to Cash City Balcatta again if in need for any second hand goods.

Had many good experiences here until yesterday. When bad boy bubby and his mother Flo. The big old woman. Becomes the judge, jury and excecitioner. Invading privacy of all customers. Searching up on the ecourts portal of pending charges. Then refusing service. Probably an illegal move. Went to cashies next door without issue. M

I've used these guys before very friendly and reasonable with their prices.They're prepared to haggle but not to low unlike Cashies who just take $5 off.Loan repayments at 30% instead of the normal 35% which is good however they don't do deals if you get your stuff out within 14 days like most places do.

John, Pina and the staff at Cash City Balcatta are great!! They are always friendly and give me a good price on loans..!!! Their interest is cheaper than other competitors so it makes it more affordable to pay your loans and get your goods back quickly..!!Keep up the excellent work guys..!!
