Would give a big fat zero .. sprinted on my push bike for 25 minutes with 20kg of Milwaukee tools to loan approx value $2k. Arrived 10 mins before closing. Plenty of time one would think..LAZY STAFF MEMBERS X2. COULD NOT BE BOTHERED PRICING UP THE ITEMS. Instead offered me the dismal sum of $100 and actually stated that they closed in 10 minutes and it seemed like a lot of work... I asked if they could do better. Offer was $150. Again it's nearly closing time they cited..When I said that if they spent less time arguing about not wanting to price up 4 items and just priced them up and it would be half done already they replied.. nah actually I think we'll pass" I am a good customer of their sister stores and personally have now been turned off"

Always have good stuff, hella organised and neat with fair prices.

They are rude and belligerent and try take advantage of the customer as much as possible. They also have li.ited knowledge about quality products and that's why everything they sell is either average or not very good at all. You can buy a lot of items that they sell brand new, cheaper and with a proper warranty instead of some second hand over priced garbage. Things, in my opinion, look to be priced by people who have very little or no knowledge about what they are buying and selling. If you want to get ripped off then cash city Belmont can fulfil your needs.
